A development of 9 trade counter units with a total area of over 40,000 square feet, with the bold design the development brought much needed investment into the area
B&Q, Queensferry
The original 90,000 sq ft retail park was constructed with B&Q as the anchor tenant, sharing the site with Lidl, Pizza Hut, Pets At Home and B&M retail. The Range has now taken occupation of the flat ship 50,000 sq ft unit.
Mochdre Commerce Park, Mochdre
A major development of 200,000 sq ft of industrial space and open storage. The site has given the local area a major financial boost in terms of commerce and employment, and further much needed investment has continued to follow.
Th Creamery Trade Park
A complex of 11 self-contained industrial units. The bold design and mix of unit shapes and sizes has made development a major success. A second phase was commissioned immediately after the first phase was completed.
